  • Contributed to evening newscasts by gathering video, interviews, and information from general and breaking news scenes and often assembled this video into stories that aired
  • Brought viewers live video from breaking news
  • Enhanced station's social media presence by tweeting with #Q13FOX hashtag from general assignment stories and breaking news events
  • Participated in morning newscasts by shooting overnight news
  • In June 2021, I, as well as several other members of our newsroom team, won an Emmy for our coverage of the May 30, 2020 riots in downtown Seattle.

KJRH Television - Tulsa, OK

  • Was an integral part of both morning and night newscasts by setting up and running remote live shots with reporters
  • Worked with reporters to gather, shoot, write, and edit news stories for prime-time newscast

  • As a video editor I worked to mentor and train other video editors and photojournalists; created a handbook to educate as well as entertain regarding editing SOP.
